Regular check-ins to guide your progress, troubleshoot challenges, and support mindset and habit change. Includes WhatsApp/email support between sessions.

Not ready for the full First Step? This shorter option helps you explore one key area—like food patterns or energy balance—with a mini plan and follow-up email. A great starting point.
